  • Products must be returned in their original, unused condition, including all packaging, labels, and components.
  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or improper handling will not qualify for a refund.
  • The original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Cancellation Policy

Due to our automated order processing system, cancellations are restricted as follows:

  • PayPal Orders: Must be canceled within 6 hours of placing the order.
  • Other Payment Methods: Orders cannot be canceled once they enter the processing stage or are shipped.

Return Conditions

You may return your order within 14 days of receipt under the following conditions:

  1. Defective Products: Notify us immediately upon receipt with clear photos showing the defect.
  2. Damaged Items: Report damage caused during transit within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Unlabeled Products: Items missing original labels or tags are not eligible for return.

Products not meeting these conditions will not qualify for a refund.

Delivery Accuracy

We ensure accurate and complete deliveries. Any discrepancies (e.g., incorrect items or missing parts) must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. After this period, we are unable to address issues with the order.

How to Return a Product

To initiate a return, you must follow these steps:

      • Order Number
      • Reason for Return
      • Photos of the product (mandatory for damaged or defective items)
      • Full Name and Address
  2. Return Authorization:

    • Wait for our team to provide the return instructions and the correct return address.

Important: Never send a return to the sender's address. Returns sent to any address other than the one provided by our team will not be processed.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE. THE RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE HANDLED BY THE CUSTOMER.
